Now, we’re looking for a Sales Support Officer / Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver a world-class customer experience, every single time.

This is not a sales role, but you’ll be at the heart of the action – coordinating behind the scenes, helping our customers, tracking orders, managing installers, and supporting our Sales, Logistics, and Service teams to shine. What You’ll Be Doing:

Support & Coordination

Be the first to triage customer enquiries (email/phone/chat): warranty, delivery issues, installations, sauna maintenance, technical product questions

Respond or escalate to the right internal team – quickly and professionally

Track sample orders, stock issues, installation status and delivery questions

Help customers and partners understand where things are at

After-Sales & Service Support

Coordinate warranty claims, service bookings, and sauna maintenance jobs

Manage installer bookings, invoices, payments, and customer follow-ups

Create and manage ZohoDesk tickets for support cases

CRM & Admin

Maintain clean CRM data – log leads, deals, and customer updates

Assign leads to Sales Team, track overdue deals, and keep the team sharp

Monitor inboxes: Support, Info, Trade, Affiliates, and Sales

Operations & Process Support

Communicate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement to track special orders

Keep Google Drive & Confluence documents up-to-date (manuals, procedures)

Forward remittances and invoices to the right teams – keep everyone informed

Support our Trade and Affiliate program with account coordination and sample requests

About You:

You’re highly organised, responsive, and don’t let anything fall through the cracks

You have 3+ years experience in a support, admin, logistics, or coordination role

You’re comfortable with CRMs (bonus if you know Zoho), inbox juggling, and multitasking

You have great written and verbal communication skills

You’re solution-focused, positive, and calm under pressure

You love improving systems and helping customers at every touchpoint

1. Relevant Experience: Describe your experience in a customer service, sales support, or operations coordination role. Highlight any relevant industries (e.g. wellness, construction, logistics, or eCommerce).

2. Organisational Skills: Provide examples of how you manage competing priorities, high email volumes, or multi-step coordination tasks across teams.

3. Communication Skills: Outline your written and verbal communication strengths – including handling customer issues, writing emails, or explaining technical information simply.

4. CRM & Systems Use: Share your experience using CRM tools (Zoho preferred), ticketing systems, or business apps like Google Workspace and Confluence.

5. Problem Solving & Initiative: Give an example of a time you identified and resolved an issue independently or improved a process for better team efficiency.

6. Team Collaboration: Describe how you’ve supported sales teams, worked cross-functionally, or contributed to team goals behind the scenes.

7. Availability: Confirm your availability to commence employment and your working rights in Australia.
