You'll be the first voice customers hear and the person who transforms their initial enquiry into an exciting journey toward their dream backyard.
About the Role
You'll be our customers' first impression and the vital gatekeeper who ensures our Design Consultants meet with genuinely motivated, qualified prospects. Through genuine, consultative phone conversations, you'll understand each customer's unique needs, qualify their requirements, and create perfectly matched appointments for our design consultants. Your ability to build instant rapport and trust will directly support our sales team's success.
What You'll Do Daily
Customer Experience Management
Be the welcoming, professional voice for all pool enquiries
Build instant rapport and trust with potential customers
Ensure every customer feels valued and excited about their pool journey
Sales Team Support
Provide detailed appointment briefings including customer research and qualification notes
Manage Design Consultant diaries for optimal appointment scheduling
Maintain comprehensive CRM records (ZOHO) and project management systems (BuilderTrend & Monday.com)
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
✅ Exceptional Phone Skills - You genuinely enjoy building relationships through conversation
✅ Lead Qualification Experience - 2+ years in sales support, appointment setting, or consultative customer service
✅ Consultative Mindset - Natural ability to ask probing questions and uncover customer needs
✅ Sales Instincts - Can identify genuine prospects and prioritise accordingly
✅ Organisation Excellence - Seamlessly manage multiple leads and appointment coordination
✅ Technology Proficiency - Office 365, CRM systems, database management
✅ Professional Presentation - Embody our values of professionalism, warmth, and quality in every interaction
Desirable:
Certificate IV in Business Administration or Sales
Construction industry experience
Previous CRM experience
Understanding of consultation-based sales processes
