Location: On Site. Tegral.
Salary: $80,000-95,000

We're looking for a Customer Service Team Player with a strong background in customer service or internal sales who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. This is not your typical desk-bound 9-to-5 role — it's a chance to be on the frontline of a fast-growing, tightly knit team, helping build a business from the ground up.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Communication:
Take incoming customer calls and handle product/service inquiries.
Conduct outbound telesales and follow-up calls.
Quote & Order Management:
Respond to email inquiries with quotes and information.
Enter orders and customer details into CRM systems.
Payment Processing:
Process credit card payments over the phone accurately.
Customer Case Resolution:
Manage customer issues with urgency and professionalism.
Most cases are closed within 6 to 48 hours —being nimble is critical.
Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement, accounting, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service for our valued customers.
