On behalf of my clients who operate in the Australian Defence sector, I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who has experience in Facilities & Security Project Management and who holds a current TSPV clearance.

The role is being offered as a 2-year day rate contract role and will be based from client's site in Canberra.

Tasks Include (but may not be limited to):

Initiating and overseeing facilities works to be performed

Leading or participating in facilities working groups

Coordinating and participating in the security planning and accreditation activities for the mission system as part of the project

Contributing to and delivering key project planning documents

Performing project risk assessments and contributing to risk workshops

Liaising with internal and external project stakeholders

Providing oral and written briefings to project/program senior leadership, particularly to communicate and resolve project risks and issues

ESSENTIAL Experience / Skills Sought:

Experience in delivering and overseeing facilities works in the Defence sector.

Experience in physical and limited ICT security planning, management, and accreditation.

Experience in developing project planning documents.

Knowledge and experience in Defence Physical and ICT Security.

Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and management.

Detailed knowledge and understanding of E&IG processes would be advantageous.

Understanding of military communications technologies, particularly Tactical Data Links, would be beneficial.

TSPV clearance is MANDATORY

Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Canberra on a full time basis.
