MR.P Studios is one of the world’s leading architectural visualisation and image-making studios, known for creating stunning visuals for top architects, designers, and developers globally. We’re looking for a proactive, energetic Account Coordinator to join our Melbourne team and support our production artists and project workflow.

This is an onsite role, so applicants must have the right to work in Australia. Remote applications will not be considered.

About the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of our production team, keeping projects on track and ensuring our artists have everything they need to deliver exceptional work. You’ll work closely with our Studio Director, Art Director, and Account Manager to support project delivery, manage daily workflows, and maintain strong communication across the studio and with clients.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate the daily flow of information and tasks across multiple projects.

Support project delivery by ensuring artists have clear priorities, resources, and briefings.

Attend work-in-progress meetings, track feedback, and maintain accurate project notes.

Keep project schedules up to date and flag potential issues early.

Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external clients.

Maintain organised project folders, upload client comments, and track milestones.

Provide general studio support, including administration, holiday tracking, and office supplies.

Assist with client enquiries and internal communications.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years professional experience in a production team (architecture/interior design experience is a plus).

Background, qualification, or keen interest in architecture, interior design, or related fields.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a sharp visual eye.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Positive, energetic, and collaborative personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Essential Skills

Understanding of CGI production workflows.

Strong design aesthetic with a passion for creative excellence.

Broad knowledge of architecture, interior design, and CGI disciplines.

Skilled at multitasking, problem-solving, and adapting in a dynamic environment.
