What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and organised brain behind the scenes:

Supporting our key trade accounts with top-notch admin

Answering internal calls and providing support across the team

Assisting with internal sales tasks when needed

Managing and distributing leads so nothing slips through the cracks

Keeping our CRM up-to-date and humming along

Working closely with our sales team & BDMs to keep everyone in the loop

Pitching in with a bit of general office admin when needed

What We’re Looking For

We’d love it if you bring:

Ultimate attention to detail (the kind that keeps everything neat and accurate)

A positive, can-do attitude and desire to be part of a growing, efficient team

Experience with at least one CRM or ERP system

Confidence with Microsoft Office basics (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

A bright, friendly phone manner

A knack for juggling multiple tasks and keeping on top of priorities
