The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities
Apply your technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems to provide tailored, solution-focused sales
Engage with key decision-makers, understanding complex application requirements to deliver value-added products
Identify and develop opportunities within industrial, mining, manufacturing, and construction sectors where advanced fluid power solutions are critical
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to customise solutions that meet specific technical challenges
Lead the sales process from technical consultation through to negotiation and closing, demonstrating your expertise and professionalism
Maintain deep product knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert
Skills & Experience Needed
Proven external sales experience, ideally within industrial, hydraulic, or technical product markets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Technical aptitude with a willingness to deepen product knowledge
Self-driven and results-focused with excellent time management abilities
Ability to travel within your sales region, with a valid driver’s license
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 to $105,000
