About Us
Diquip is a growing Australian company specialising in diamond tooling and equipment for the construction industry. We supply contractors, civil companies, demolition and trade professionals who need the best tools to get the job done.

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney. This role is a mix of looking after some existing customers while also hunting for new business opportunities. You’ll have the chance to grow long-term relationships, but you’ll also need to be proactive, knock on doors, and chase down fresh opportunities.

We don’t need the longest resume in the world – what matters is attitude, work ethic, and the ability to back yourself.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing and growing relationships with existing customers

Actively prospecting and developing new customers

Following up leads and creating new business opportunities

Representing the Diquip brand with energy and professionalism

Learning the ins and outs of our product range (full training provided)

What we’re looking for:

Ambition and motivation to succeed in sales

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Great communication skills and confidence dealing with tradies and business owners

Construction industry experience (in any capacity) is beneficial but not essential - on or off tools

Current driver’s licence

Most importantly: someone genuine. We want a person who works hard, builds trust, and connects with customers in a real way — whether that’s on site, over the phone, or having a beer after work.
