Your New Role: More Than Just a Job
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team near Sydney Olympic Park. Your mission will be to expand our reach, build lasting customer relationships, and be the face of the Manitou brand in your territory.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prospect and connect: Proactively seek out and establish relationships with new and existing clients across Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, and the ACT.
Become a trusted advisor: Demonstrate our diverse range of new and used equipment, showing customers how our solutions can meet their unique needs.
Drive growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, turning leads into long-term partnerships.
Collaborate and conquer: Work closely with our internal team to champion the Manitou product line and ensure customer success.
Own your success: Maintain impeccable records of your interactions and progress using our Salesforce CRM system.
Who We're Looking For
You're a proactive, motivated self-starter who knows how to close a deal and keep a customer for life. You're a natural relationship builder with a passion for sales.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to territory management.
An outgoing, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
