About the role

Meridian Homes is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Sydney. As a Site Supervisor, you will cover a variety of Luxury Builds throughout Sydney with a few projects located in the Northern Beaches and Sutherland Shire LGA's. You will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our residential construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Sydney.

What you'll be doing:

Interpret and manage construction plans to ensure accuracy and quality

Liaise confidently with clients, architects, and senior management

Liaising with clients, architects, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth project delivery

Maintain the highest standards of workmanship while meeting deadlines

Performing on site related duties along with monitoring site activities and managing resources to meet project timelines and budgets

Conducting site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any defects or non-conformances

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

Experience (10+ years) in the residential construction industry preferably as a Leading hand

Proven track record as a supervisor or Site Manager on class 1 architecturally designed homes ($2M+).

Licensed Builder - Preferably with a Carpentry background (NSW Builder Licence - Class 1 residential required)

Licensed Builder - Preferably with a Carpentry background (NSW Builder Licence - Class 1 residential required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle on-site challenges

Proficient in the use of construction tools, equipment, emails and software

Current driver's license

Current Construction White Card (General Construction Induction)
