Civil Construction Site Supervisor – Extensive Civil/ Earthworks Knowledge

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is suited to a hands-on leader with extensive knowledge of civil works, proven site supervision skills, and the ability to deliver projects to the highest standard of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations across civil construction projects.

* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, plant, and material deliveries.

* Ensure works are completed in line with project plans, specifications, and deadlines.

* Monitor and enforce WHS policies, quality standards, and environmental requirements.

* Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting.

* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain strong communication.

* Drive productivity while maintaining safe and efficient work practices.

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the civil construction industry.

* Extensive knowledge of civil works including earthworks.

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and ability to manage subcontractors and teams.

* Sound understanding of workplace health & safety, quality, and environmental systems.

* Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.

* Current driver’s licence and construction White Card (essential).
