About the Role
We're on the hunt for a driven and experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and delivering cutting-edge security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop deep understanding of IAM and security trends, technologies, and client challenges.
Build expertise in our IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, PAM, IG, SIEM) and communicate their business value.
Discover and engage new prospects while supporting existing clients.
Lead and customise proposals and presentations to align with client needs.
Manage full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
Deliver compelling demos and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams for successful implementation.
Attend industry events and stay across market developments.
What Success Looks Like
Achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets in IAM and Security.
Securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
High customer satisfaction and retention.
Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Recognised presence in IAM/Security networks and events.
What You’ll Bring
3–5+ years in B2B IT sales, ideally with IAM or Cyber Security experience.
Proven success meeting targets and closing deals.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of IAM technologies: SSO, MFA, PAM, IG, SIEM.
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance.
Experience with CRM and sales tools.
Consultative, customer-first mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Self-starter with technical aptitude and a willingness to travel.
