The Role
The Prestige team is growing and we’re now looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to support our CEO, Operations and HR team in a fast-paced and varied role. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll provide administrative support across multiple areas of the business, you should be confident interacting with clients, comfortable managing multiple priorities and ready to step in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
Support the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Respond to general customer enquiries via phone and email
Inbox management
Prepare quotes for clients and follow up as needed
Coordinate client communications
Maintain and update internal systems and databases
Provide support for event planning tasks and liaise with operational teams
Perform general office duties and ad hoc tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Friendly and professional approach to client interaction
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Experience with quoting or basic invoicing is desirable
Interest in the events industry is a bonus!
