Job Role: Customer Relationship Officer
Full-Time
Rate: $60-65k per annum, negotiable depending on experience
About Us:
Southern Pet Supplies (formerly Agline Animal Health & Nutrition) is a wholesale pet supplies distributor of premium pet food, pet accessories and animal health care products. Based in Cavan, South Australia, we are seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Officer to represent Southern Pet Supplies in the South Australian pet supplies market. In addition to our core wholesale business, we are rapidly expanding the services we offer to digital business’ requiring fulfillment and dropshipping for their online stores.
We are a small and nimble team that works hard to offer exceptional service to our customers.
Summary & Purpose:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administration and customer relationship officer to support our business. The administration and customer relationship officer will assist with the day-to-day administration support of the business, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and providing the high level of service for which Southern Pet Supplies is known. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, sales, or administration (preferably in the pet industry) and a drive to learn. You will be provided with the resources required to carry out the role effectively.

The role is full-time, and our trading hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
Duties:
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries
Processing incoming sales orders and quotes
Contacting customers in relation to orders and product enquiries
Data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Visiting existing customer stores and locations as required
Visiting prospective client premises to promote products and sales
Desired skills and attributes:
High level of communication skills, written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management skills
Able to take on tasks and responsibilities with minimal guidance
Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office
No formal qualification required
Experience in the pet industry, or in sales or administration in a similar industry preferred and a strong advantage
Personable, friendly and able to form positive relationships amongst customers
South Australian Driver’s License required
