At Eighty9 Limited, we are committed to excellence in service delivery. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer – Corporate Services to provide high-quality reception and administration support at our Hindmarsh Head Office.
About the Role
The Customer Service Officer – Corporate Services plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our Hindmarsh Head Office. This position is responsible for:
Delivering professional reception services and being the first point of contact for participants, visitors, and stakeholders
Managing incoming calls, emails, mail, and courier services
Coordinating office facilities, including meeting rooms, workstations, and supplies
Providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Finance Team, Property Portfolio Manager, and Executive Assistant
Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and compliance with organisational policies and quality standards
Assisting with travel bookings, catering, events, and other administrative tasks as required
This role is varied and fast-paced, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in an administration or clerical role or customer service roles
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people
A friendly, courteous, and professional manner with a genuine desire to help others
Proficiency in Word, Excel, email systems, and ideally MYOB
