About the Role
At AI Core CRM, we believe technology should feel human. We’re looking for a Customer Care & Success Officer to be the warm, trusted guide for our customers, from their very first login to their long-term success.
This role is all about building genuine, ongoing relationships: welcoming new customers, helping them feel confident with the CRM, checking in regularly, and ensuring they always feel supported and valued. You’ll combine training, support, and human connection to make sure every customer’s journey with the CRM is smooth, empowering, and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome & Onboarding
- Personally welcome new customers and guide them through their first steps with the CRM.
- Deliver engaging demos and onboarding sessions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Customer Care & Relationship Building
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers to check in, support, and celebrate their progress.
- Build strong, trusted relationships by being their consistent, approachable point of contact.
Proactive Support & Success
- Anticipate challenges and provide guidance before they become issues.
- Share tips, resources, and best practices to help customers achieve their goals with the CRM.
Training & Empowerment
- Provide refresher sessions, updates, and learning resources to ensure customers always feel confident using the CRM.
Customer Advocacy
- Act as the “voice of the customer” within AI Core CRM, sharing feedback with our product and support teams.
- Contribute to improving onboarding, support processes, and customer experience.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A natural relationship-builder who loves connecting with people.
- Empathetic, warm, and proactive in supporting others.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn the ins and outs of the CRM.
- A clear, friendly communicator who can train, explain, and inspire confidence.
- Passionate about helping customers succeed and feel supported.
