The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support team member to:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Process orders and coordinate logistics

Provide product information and support sales efforts

Liaise with internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting

Involvement in regular sales promotions and customer follow up on phone and email
