As the Account payable and payroll Officer, your area of responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable

Administration and management of all accounts payable duties, including entering, processing and payment of supplier invoices, sending remittance advice, statement reconciliations, and staff expense reimbursements.

Uploading of payment summary to Comm-biz for authorisation

Checking suppliers quotation and costing.

Payroll arrangement

Set up & general update of staff card file and leave information

Arrange monthly or fortnightly pay for all staff

Uploading of payment summary to Comm-biz for authorisation

Month End Duties

Payroll deduction listings upload

GST reconciliation and BAS preparation

Corporate credit card reconciliations

Reconciliation of account every month

Roll over of account files in monthly basis

Accounts Receivable

Assist other Account receivable person when absence

Tax Compliance

Assist to ensure compliance with all relevant taxation legislation including BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax and FBT

About you:

At least two years’ experience in an Accounting/Finance role

Able to communication in Mandarin and English as dealing with overseas factories.

Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting

Knowledge and proficiency in XERO or similar accounting software. EXO software user experience is desirable

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Understanding of accounting principles, accuracy and attention to detail

Demonstrated initiative in resolving queries and willingness to assist

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, collaborative, and reliable

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
