About the Role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process. This includes:

• Processing, coding, and reconciling invoices
• Preparing and executing supplier payments
• Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with month-end reporting and closing tasks
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1-2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• A positive, team-focused attitude
