We’re currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a respected civil construction company based in Hendra.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in an accounts payable role
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with internal teams and suppliers
• Confidence using accounting software (experience with JobPac is a bonus)
• A proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities include:

• Full-function accounts payable processing, from invoice entry to payment runs
• Managing supplier queries and building strong relationships
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Assisting with month-end reporting and financial data accuracy
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administration tasks
