Our client is a privately owned premium builder-developer renowned for its strong portfolio of landmark high-end residential and commercial projects across the NSW metro region.

As part of the company's continued success, they are seeking to add a Sales Executive position to their in-house sales team, with a focus on their Western Sydney project.

The role will lead to managing their internal sales channel, overseeing project marketing efforts, and fostering relationships with prospective buyers across their various projects.

As a representative of their high-end residential developments, you will promote an exemplary client experience and a successful sales and marketing campaign.

Your Role

Managing online listings to update dates and property information.

Overseeing general sales administration tasks, including documentation and filing.

Coordinating with external agencies, internal consultants, and back-office administrative staff.

Conducting buyer inspections and hosting display suites.

Prospecting new buyers and nurturing leads to expand the client database.

Compiling feedback reports to enhance sales initiatives and refine the sales process.

Supporting the preparation and facilitation of sales contracts and communications with solicitors.

Taking ownership in offer negotiations.

You will have…

Experience in a sales or marketing role within residential project sales, particularly townhouses and duplexes off-the-plan

Demonstrated strong relationship management abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational prowess

A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.

A current driver's License and method of transport.

Availability on weekends. 5-day work week

Access to an excellent uncapped in-house commission and remuneration package.
