Sam Allen Wholesale is a family owned an operated business, established in 1977. We are one of the leading distributors of marine, outdoor and industrial products in Australia. We are looking for a full-time Logistics Administrator for outgoing goods to join our team in the office at Morningside, Brisbane. **Moving to new office in Rochedale, Brisbane in January 2026**

About the role:

As our Logistics Administrator, you'll be processing orders and invoices related to outgoing shipments, liaising with other internal departments, transport providers, and customers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.

Prior knowledge of logistics is not crucial as you will receive on the job training.

Skills required:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner

Professional self presentation and a strong work ethic

Proficient computer skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
