Our client is a Luxury Residential construction Builder located in the Eastern suburbs and build high-end Residential homes valued up to $5M

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter who is ready to step up to a Working Foreman role and utilise and expand on their experience. Your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

• Hands on Carpentry work - Leading by example
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Supervising the work of Carpenters and Apprentices
• Accurate Site set-outs
• Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintaining high quality standard of work

Your Profile
To be successful you will need at least 3 years experience post Carpentry Apprenticeship working on Luxury projects valued over $2M. You will ideally want to work with a growing company with pleanty of work in the pipeline and progression opportunities. Your communication skills, leadership skills and willingness to work hands on and do what it takes to get the job done, will set you apart.
