Our client, a leading project management consultancy based in Sydney CBD, is renowned for their expertise in managing high-impact construction and property projects. Specialising in both education and commercial sectors, they handle a diverse range of projects, including developments for both private and government schools. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their collaborative and innovative team.

The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex projects within the education and commercial property sectors. You will be instrumental in managing high-profile school projects and will work closely with a supportive and experienced team to ensure project excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of education and commercial property projects, including those for private and government schools.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and project staff.
• Report on project progress, manage risks, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction or property sector, with a strong focus on new build developments
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects (private and government schools an advantage)
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Property, or a related field.
