As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of key projects and play a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects across NSW, up to $30M in value. You’ll be supported by a highly capable project team including a Senior Site Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator, Contracts Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets. This is a senior leadership position offering autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to work on some of NSW’s most exciting projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design through to completion
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and project compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate and lead stakeholders across all project phases

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary or trade qualifications in construction or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role
• Strong track record of stable employment and project delivery success
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-end fit out and refurbishment projects
