We are partnering with a leading national HVAC contractor renowned for delivering some of Australia’s most technically challenging and high-value building services projects. With a strong history of collaboration alongside Tier I builders, this organisation has established itself as a trusted name in the delivery of major projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and data centre sectors.

With a strong pipeline of large-scale works in Sydney, they are now seeking an accomplished Senior HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of landmark projects ranging between $15M–$40M. This is a pivotal role within the business, offering the opportunity to shape outcomes on some of the city’s most iconic builds.
The Role:

• Lead the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, from conception through to delivery, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and program outcomes.
• Drive the financial success of projects through effective cost management, forecasting, and commercial control.
• Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and delivery partners.
• Maintain strong client engagement and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project, fostering long-term relationships.
• Oversee risk management strategies, ensuring challenges are addressed proactively to safeguard project delivery.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the NSW business unit by setting high standards in project delivery.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager within the HVAC or mechanical services industry.
• A track record of successfully delivering major projects in the $15M–$40M range.
• Strong experience working with Tier I builders on high-profile projects.
• Exceptional commercial acumen and ability to manage project budgets at scale.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and coordinating large project teams.
• In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to navigate complex design and delivery requirements.
