The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to grow into a leadership role? At CTPG you will oversee high-profile projects from inception to completion, driving successful outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage prestigious projects across the education and commercial sectors.

Build and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Mentor and develop a team of talented project managers.

Represent CTPG as an industry leader, shaping the company’s future success.

Ensure seamless project delivery - overseeing project budgets, timelines, and risk management.

Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.

What You Bring

10+ years of relevant industry experience in property and construction and at least 3+ years experience in a relevant senior project manager role.

A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value projects. (Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.)

Exemplary communication and report writing skills.

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Solid understanding of project planning phases through to construction delivery.

A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency and a valid Driver’s License.
