The current pipeline includes a high-profile hotel redevelopment in Central CBD—a project set to reshape the CBD skyline while preserving historic character.

The Opportunity
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of this complex hotel redevelopment, managing the project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover. This is a chance to take ownership of one of Sydney’s most significant mixed-use builds, combining luxury hospitality with heritage restoration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and program are met
• Manage all project financials: budgets, cost plans, procurement, and variations
• Lead and mentor project teams (site managers, engineers, contract administrators) to ensure collaborative delivery
• Engage with stakeholders including architects, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, sustainability, and compliance with heritage requirements
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership and the client team

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years’ experience in project management, with at least 3+ years at Senior PM level
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects (hotels, mixed-use, or high-rise preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contracts, procurement, and cost control
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Aconex, Cheops, MS Project or similar)
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills that drive results
• Open to experienced Project Manager applications.
