We’re looking for compassionate, committed Support Workers to join the Careworks Disability Support team in Lismore, Casino, Ballina, and nearby areas.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing meaningful, person-centred support to people living with disability. Whether it’s personal care, supporting someone to get out and about, or helping them reach a goal — your impact will be real, and your work truly valued.

What you'll do:

Provide tailored daily living support: personal care, meals, domestic assistance

Support people to access their community, activities, appointments, and interests

Work with clients to help them build confidence and independence

Follow and contribute to client support plans

Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation

Communicate effectively with the broader care team

What we’re looking for:

A genuine passion for disability support and helping others live with dignity

Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or currently working towards one

Previous experience in disability or aged care is a bonus

Strong communication and boundary-setting skills

Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
