A Day in the Life

As a Psych Informed Support Worker, you’ll do much more than provide assistance, you’ll be a trusted presence in someone’s life.

Your day might include:

Providing mentorship, emotional support, and genuine companionship

Helping clients reconnect with the community through social activities and events

Supporting daily routines, life skills, and therapy-informed activities

Driving clients to and from appointments, group programs, or meaningful outings

Documenting progress and insights in case notes, and being paid for this important work

Collaborating with our team to ensure care is person-centred, trauma-informed, and empowering

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds who share our passion for making a difference.

You might be:

Studying or have completed psychology, counselling, social work, or a related discipline

Hard-working and empathetic, with a genuine commitment to helping others

Looking for purpose and meaningful work that aligns with your career path

Comfortable working independently, with guidance and support from our team

Able to meet essential requirements:

Current driver’s licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
