About the role

We are seeking a talented Painter and Decorator to join our team at Sharp Line Paint Professionals' in Mount Warren Park, Queensland. As a casual position, this is the perfect opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional who is looking for flexible work arrangements. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients transform their homes and businesses with high-quality painting and decorating services.

What you'll be doing

Mainly new builds and repaints.

Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required

Applying various types of paints, varnishes, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces

Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment at all times

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience as a qualified Painter and Decorator

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and the team

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

A passion for the trades and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent trade qualification

Current White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate) and Working at Heights certification
