About the role

Grogan Painting, a respected painting contractor in Townsville, QLD, is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering high-quality painting services to our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming

Applying paint, stains, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces

3. Mixing and matching colours to client specifications

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Painter, preferably in the building trades industry

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Keen eye for colour matching and an understanding of various painting techniques

Current driver's licence and reliable transportation

Willingness to work at various job sites within the Townsville region
