About the role

Real estate company in Robertson 4109 is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter/handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Robertson, QLD 4109. Must have own ABN and vehicle. Must have experience in painting and basic handman skills would be great but not a must.

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and cleaning

Applying paints, stains, and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces

Measuring and mixing paint colours to match client specifications

Ensuring a clean and organised work environment throughout the project

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Painter, preferably within the building trades industry

Excellent knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and equipment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines

A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow established procedures

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

We would love someone who is handy and can assist with repairs around the estate and our rental properties - this is not a requirement however, as we are seeking for a painter.
