About the Position.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialised new build & fit-out projects across Canberra. With the management team's soul focus on progressing their staff you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career progression.

Duties.

• Progress claims, variations, RFI’s
• Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Review and negotiate subcontract terms
• Prepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports

Skills & Experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Building related tertiary qualifications is advantageous, but not essential
• Team-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors
• Previous exposure to Project coordination or Project Administrator within the construction industry
