We’re expanding and need a Project Coordinator to join us as we continue to build our Commercial Plumbing team.
Join our team and play a key role in delivering a wide range of commercial plumbing projects. Our projects span across many different areas, including health and hospitals, restaurants, schools, new builds, and renovations. No two days are ever the same.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team, someone who is invested in the success of our projects, works closely with our Project Managers, and provides support at every stage: from planning and preparation, through tracking and delivery, to finalisation and reporting
Key tasks would involve:
Client Queries / Key Administration Support / Administration Financial Duties / Proactive & Responsive Communication /Project Handover with Estimating and Project Team Duties / Project Tracking and reporting

You will be an experienced service delivery superstar! This means remaining solution focused for your Project Manager, Technicians and Clients is something you not only enjoy but excel at too. You will also have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner through excellent and effective communication.
While not required to apply for the position, preferred applicants will have:
Qualifications in Project Management a major plus
Project / Contract Coordination Administration experience and enjoyment in a fast paced commercial construction office focusing on Client/Customer service
Admin experience working within the construction industry
Knowledge of construction, project administration processes, means and methods
Job Management Systems experience (SimPro or similar) and previous experience using Google Suite
Previous experience procuring subcontractors and trades and a demonstrated ability to drive and assist with all tenders including take-offs of materials, scheduling orders in accordance with key milestones and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of materials.
