With a strong pipeline of projects across Canberra, we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to join the team and lead fitout and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.

The Opportunity
As the Project Manager you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of projects ranging from high-end fitouts through to small to medium scale new builds. You’ll collaborate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget — while upholding the quality and innovation we’re known for.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and managing project teams across design, delivery and handover.
• Building strong client relationships and representing company values on every project.
• Driving project programming, budgets, and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinating with site teams to ensure safety and quality standards are achieved.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to our supportive culture.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of building practices, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust.
