The Role

As a Project Manager your primary responsibilities will be to lead, coordinate, plan and execute the delivery of construction projects.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
• Leading site teams, subcontractors, and consultants with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
• Maintaining compliance with WHS, quality, and contractual requirements
• Fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Managing project reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.

The Ideal Person

We are seeking to connect with professionals who have proven experience delivering construction or civil projects, thrive under pressure, and embrace a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or civil infrastructure
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Formal qualifications in Project Management, Construction, or Engineering
• Current knowledge of WHS and quality assurance standards relevant to the sector
• An outcomes-driven approach, a commitment to teamwork, and adaptability

Salary / Rate

• $130k - $160k + Super
