Design & Build are working with a leading civil engineering and construction company, delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the ACT and surrounding regions. With a strong reputation for reliability, and safety, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer ready to take the step up to join the team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery – from planning and procurement through to execution and completion. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil and infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and reporting to ensure projects are on track.
• Drive compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects moving smoothly.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer within civil construction or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes, contract administration, and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to safety and quality.
