Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage small to medium teams of labourers and subcontractors

Oversee and coordinate civil construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery

Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives

Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures

About You

Applicants will be highly regarded if they bring the following skills and experience:

Previous civil or mining experience across earthworks, concreting, stormwater, service infrastructure, and pavements.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills

High level of motivation and a results-driven approach

Ability to manage and support teams effectively

Current Driver’s Licence

Extensive knowledge of civil construction processes and principles

Machine operating experience
