Restaurant Manager – Carina Leagues Club

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team in delivering outstanding service to our members and guests.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring smooth service, high standards of food and beverage presentation, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll take ownership of staff management, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement of service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of food & beverage attendants to deliver professional table service.

Drive service excellence, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Manage daily operations including rostering, floor management, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Support training and development to build a strong, engaged, and motivated team.

Manage an extremely busy, fast paced dining venue with 800+ seats.

Work collaboratively with the wider management team to achieve venue goals.

About You

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume restaurant, club, or hospitality venue.

Strong background in table service with a passion for exceptional guest experiences.

Natural leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
