The Tony Kelly Restaurant Group is the largest restaurant group currently operating on the Sunshine Coast. We currently own & operate 10 very successful venues in Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Bokorina Beach, Palmwoods & Eudlo.
Currently we are searching for a full-time RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our dynamic SPERO team.
SPERO is an extremely busy, beautiful Waterfront restaurant located on the Marina at The Wharf Mooloolaba.
Managing a team of 8 FOH staff you will need to be a :
Great trainer
Compassionate
Well groomed
Articulate
Have a solid understanding of Wine
And most importantly you MUST have previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy establishment.
