Our client is a market leader within their industry, proudly operating for more than 70 years throughout Australia and New Zealand as the largest supplier of specialty products to both business and consumer markets.

Due to growth, we are searching for a self-motivated Operations Assistant to join their team. The Operations Assistant is an integral role within the business and is responsible for:

• Promptly responding to and managing enquiries from existing and potential customers whilst actively driving sales and opportunities
• General office administration including data entry, scanning, copying and filing
• Invoicing and receipting
• Ensure current MSDS's, test certificates and product specification documents are loaded into the system and maintained
• Assist with truck manifests and planning of deliveries

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
• Highly organised and proactive
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
• A positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile
• Reliable
