ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administration Assistant for a full-time role, Monday to Friday in our Mulgoa office.

Your responsibilities will include primarily accounts payable & receivable as well as assisting with other office duties.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations.

This position could accommodate flexible working hours to support family commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts payable & receivable using primarily MYOB

Renewing vehicle registrations (this includes arranging pink slips,

green slips, vehicle services & submitting accident

claims)

Reconciling bank statements in MYOB

ABOUT YOU

Trades-based experience in plumbing is beneficial but not required

MYOB Experience is preferred

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
