The Role
As CEO Execution Partner, you’ll work directly alongside the CEO to bring the channel sales strategy to life. This role is so much more than a traditional EA or coordinator role. You’ll be trusted to manage meetings, drive follow-ups, and liaise cross-functionally across sales, operations, and developer relations to ensure every opportunity is activated and delivered.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability position best suited to someone who thrives under pressure, operates with speed and clarity, and is excited to be part of a business in scale-up mode.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the CEO on 3–4 external sales meetings weekly, taking notes, owning follow-ups, and managing logistics
Support sales network development by booking meetings, tracking stock requests, and promoting the brand across LinkedIn and broker/property networks
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the business is packaging and delivering accurate House & Land deals to channel partners
Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot and Homefront)
Escalate blockers to the CEO, support in making next step decisions and proactively follow through to resolution
About You
5+ years in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operational Support role
Experience in residential construction, real estate, property investment, or mortgage broking
Proven background supporting founders, CEOs, or senior leaders in agile businesses
You thrive on variety and wearing multiple hats – especially in growing or scaling businesses
Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and highly organised
Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, Microsoft 365, and online tools
