We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Business Development Manager to join our growing NDIS service organisation based in Sydney. This on-site role is ideal for someone who combines strong digital marketing skills with strategic business development capabilities and has a passion for working within the disability services sector.

The successful candidate will lead digital outreach efforts, increase brand awareness, generate new leads, and build strategic relationships that align with our mission to support NDIS participants across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email, etc.)

Manage and grow the company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and digital directories

Design and manage targeted campaigns to reach NDIS participants, support coordinators, and referrers

Track, report, and analyse performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems

Manage digital advertising budgets and optimise campaigns to ensure cost-effective ROI

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels within the NDIS space

Build and maintain relationships with support coordinators, LACs, plan managers, and community organisations

Represent the organisation at NDIS expos, networking events, and community outreach initiatives

Support the onboarding process of new participants generated through marketing channels

Work closely with the service delivery team to align marketing with capacity and participant needs
