We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts All-Rounder to join our friendly and professional team. In this varied role, you’ll manage end-to-end accounts functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations while supporting other areas of the business when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts payable processing

Creating and managing purchase orders

Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements

Communicate with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies or queries

· Data entry of billing for jobs

Managing bank reconciliations and payment processing

Handling IAS/BAS and other compliance requirements

Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting

General administrative and office support as needed

What we’re looking for:

· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an account’s role

· Minimum Qualification - Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping

· Proficiency in Xero essential

· Experience with DEXT is an advantage

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements

· Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Ability to think outside the box and solve problems proactively
