About the Company

The Role

This isn’t just another transactional role, it’s a position where you’ll make a real impact. You’ll be the go-to person for Accounts Receivable while also providing valuable support across Accounts Payable and general administration.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

Raise and issue invoices with accuracy and timeliness.

Process payments and keep customer accounts up to date.

Build strong relationships with clients while following up on overdue invoices.

Reconcile accounts and contribute to financial reporting.

Work closely with the finance team to resolve queries.

Lend a hand with administrative and customer service support duties.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also enjoys being part of a team:

Experience across Accounts Receivable and general admin (Accounts Payable exposure is a bonus).

Familiarity with ERP systems such as Great Plains (or similar).

A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to meet deadlines with ease.

Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first approach.
