Join Our Team as a Full Time Medical Receptionist at Armadale Family Clinic

We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills for our practice in Armadale. Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred, and familiarity with Best Practice software is beneficial but not essential. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about patient care, we’d love to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities

Monday – Friday Roster

Be the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional service in person and over the phone.

Manage a high volume of calls, providing assistance to patients with script-related inquiries and offering clear, helpful guidance.

Manage patient appointments, data, invoicing, and Medicare/Workcover claims with accuracy.

Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity while supporting patients' needs.

Handle daily reconciliations and manage online inquiries and mail.
