About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service. This full-time position is based in our Adelaide office.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answer Customer Calls: Take bookings and provide quotes based on transport needs.

Route Calls Efficiently: Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.

Resolve Customer Issues: Actively listen to concerns, offer solutions, or escalate cases as needed.

Make Outbound Calls: Keep customers updated on their cartage status.

Manage Emails: Work alongside the customer service team to handle a high-volume inbox for local and interstate bookings.

Data Entry: Accurately log customer details and requests into our systems.

Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate notes for reporting and future reference.

Adhere to Policies: Follow company guidelines to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Stay Informed: Keep up to date with our transport services, promotions, and policies.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues to enhance customer service quality.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or telephonist role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Experience with HUB FMS or other FMS systems is highly regarded.
