This is a role where you’ll be at the heart of customer service and sales support, ensuring orders are processed smoothly and customers receive outstanding service every time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering great customer experiences
• Processing customer orders, invoices and quotes with accuracy
• Partnering closely with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, retail, or a call centre environment
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• A proactive, “get it done” attitude and willingness to support both customers and colleagues
